The Shift

You have more accounts, contacts and signals to chase than ever - but pipeline is still stagnant.

This is what marketing runs like when in-market detection is infrastructure, not guesswork.

Decision Debt

The compounding cost of decisions made without understanding why they were made or whether they worked. Like technical debt, it compounds silently — every decision the system can’t learn from makes the next one worse.

01

Segments are static lists

Audiences are built from firmographics at planning time and stale by launch. Accounts enter and exit market while the list sits unchanged. Every quarter, ABM resets to zero.

02

Every region runs its own funnel

One region calls it a meeting, another an SQL, another an opportunity. Same word, different meanings. Global reporting is a reconciliation exercise, and nobody trusts the roll-up.

03

Campaigns die at the handoff

Marketing generates the intent, then hands it over and hopes. Sales follows up late or not at all, lead quality gets disputed both ways, and nobody learns why the campaign worked or didn't.

04

Inefficient use of budgets and resource

With little understanding of who is in-market, campaigns are run to broad slices of the market, hoping to find the right person. As a result, campaign effort is wasted on the wrong accounts + contacts.

05

Irrelevant message, wrong time

More signals + more tools enable teams to distribute the message to more contacts - but isolated signals + out-of-date persona docs distribute the wrong message, at the wrong time.

06

AI tools stack up, learning doesn't

Four AI tools, each its own island. More content, more dashboards, same unanswered questions. Adding AI increases production - results stay flat.

01

Surface accounts entering market

Agents monitor live signals - hiring, web activity, content engagement, technographics - against an ICP learned from your won deals. Accounts surface as they enter market, not after.

>85%

in-market signal accuracy

02

Segments built from live context

Segments form around signal clusters and update as accounts move. Your ICP evolves with every closed-won deal, so the audience is never the list you built last quarter.

conversion lift

03

Campaign angles grounded in why accounts buy

The system knows which pains preceded your opportunities. It generates segment-specific messaging and artifacts, tuned to your tone of voice, for every audience it creates.

04

Accounts routed to the channel that converts

In-market accounts route automatically into the right motion: paid, outbound, nurture. Sales is alerted the moment engagement crosses threshold, with full context attached.

Learn which messages drive progression

Every touch, reply and stage change is captured and analyzed. Attribution resolves because the system logged the decision, the message, and the outcome together.

FAQ

How Marketing Runs in an AI-native GTM System

If it's not here, we'll answer it live.

Talk to us
How long does setup take?

Days, not quarters. Standard connectors, live state on every account and your first signal-built segments are live in the first week. Campaign agents are running inside two. By week four, agents are orchestrating across your GTM. No data warehouse to stand up. No model to train from scratch. No campaign calendar change on day one. The system starts learning from your motion the moment it's connected.

Does this replace HubSpot or Marketo?

No. Your marketing automation platform is an execution engine. Revenue Labs is the intelligence layer that sits above it. We connect to your MAP and CRM, read the campaigns and the outcomes, and feed the learning back: which segments to build, which messages to run, which accounts to route where. Campaigns still execute through the stack you own. What changes is that the stack finally learns from what it executes.

Will this replace our marketing team?

No. It removes the work between marketing and pipeline. Today, marketing generates intent, content and campaigns - and most of it dies in the handoff to sales. Revenue Labs picks up the handoff: scores the accounts marketing surfaced, routes them to the right rep, drafts the outbound off your campaign assets, and reports back which message actually landed. Marketing keeps the strategy, the campaigns, the brand. They lose the part of the job that was begging sales to follow up.

Our regions all define the funnel differently. Can Revenue Labs give us shared definitions?

Yes, and with evidence rather than a mandate. If one region calls it a meeting, another an SQL and another an opportunity, the system reads the outcomes behind each definition and shows which engagement threshold actually predicts opportunity creation. It proposes one shared definition, you approve it, and the same definition is then applied consistently across every region, report and agent. The roll-up reconciles because the underlying definitions do.

We've already bought several AI marketing tools. How is this different?

Each of those tools generates more: more content, more scores, more dashboards. None of them learns your marketing, because none of them sees the deal outcomes. Revenue Labs is the operating layer underneath: it holds the shared context of every account, campaign and outcome, so learning compounds in one place instead of dying at each tool's boundary. Most teams keep their existing tools and point them at better segments and sharper angles.

Can I use this for ABM campaigns?

Yes - and most ABM programs get sharper inside the first month. We build the account + contact list, matched to your ICP and personas. The system surfaces which accounts on it are actually in-market right now, which contacts to engage at each one, which message to lead with given the signal stack, and which channel to run it on. Agents handle the research, drafting and personalization across every account on the list. ABM stops being a list and starts being a live motion.

Do I need a data team or engineers to use this?

No. Integration, modeling, infrastructure - we run all of it. Forward-deployed engineers connect your stack, tune the account scoring to your motion, and refine what the system learns from as your ICP evolves. RevOps owns and governs the system; marketing runs on it, the same way sales does. No code. No SQL. No data scientists. If you want a custom signal stitched in or a new agent skill built, we ship it for you.

How does the system learn from our campaigns?

Every sent message, opened email, clicked link, booked meeting and ignored sequence feeds the loop. The system identifies which signals predicted the reply, which pain hook landed, which contact role responded, which channel worked at which step. Then it applies the lesson to the next account that looks the same. After Q1 closes, you'll typically see the system propose 10–15 cadence upgrades based on what actually converted - not on what the rep with the loudest voice said worked. You approve the change; the system rolls it out across the team.

How does Revenue Labs help us stop wasting budget on bad accounts?

By telling you which accounts on your target list were never going to buy - before reps work them. The system scores every account against the signal stack of your won deals, and the accounts at the bottom get deprioritised or removed from the rep's day. In the Neurons pilot, the test group worked 40% fewer accounts and built 3.8x the pipeline - because most of the budget the control group spent went to accounts that didn't have the converting signals in the first place. The hidden cost in most outbound motions isn't tooling. It's the salary spent on reps working the wrong list.
